Welcome to miemistudio, my creative corner of the world. I'm Amira Rahmad. I'm from the Tropical Country of Malaysia, I'm a self-taught pattern designer and illustrator with a deep love for the world outside my window. For me, inspiration is everywhere in nature, from the delicate veins of a fallen leaf to the vibrant chaos of a wildflower field. My journey as a designer has been one of passion and discovery, teaching myself how to capture those quiet, beautiful moments through illustration. Each pattern and piece of art I create reflects this connection, born from a desire to bring the calming and grounding presence of the outdoors into our homes and onto everyday objects. I hope my work brings you as much joy as it brings me to create it.
